Beat the Heat this summer with the EHS Canopy Fan

Bill Jones |

Let’s face it—mowing in the heat sucks. We've been there, we've done that. And for way too long. But with the new EHS Canopy Fan, that summer grind just got a whole lot cooler (literally). So whether you’re cutting acres of pasture or mowing the grass on the weekends, this fan was built to keep you comfortable, focused, and sweat-free.

Why We Built It

You might be surprised to know that our canopy was designed around the intent of housing a fan. Yep, this was part of the plan all along! We built the canopy frames to perfectly support the canopy itself, to fit as many different ROPS as possibe, and most importantly (To me, an admitted winter weather kinda guy ha) to be able to seamlessly run a fan unit. Once the frame was locked in, we got to work designing something that could bolt right up under our roofs and move serious air—without being in the way or overcomplicated to install. We went through a few rounds of designs on this. We tried out a good handful of different styles of fans and mounts, along with different features. It was important that it be sleek and not sticking out, and that it was really able to move some serious air. When you get to mowing at some speed it just seemed like it wasn't going to be able to put out enough air to make a difference. BOY was I wrong. This thing is incredible. Its got 2 speeds so its not full blast all the time, but you wanna talk about staying cool out in the heat. This is the ticket right here!

Built Just for EHS Canopies

So when we say we designed it for our frame, it truly was designed for just our frame. This isn’t a universal fan held on with with zip ties and hopes and dreams. This 12v canopy fan is custom-built to mount directly to our zero-turn and tractor canopy systems. If you’ve got one of our roofs, this fan fits—no questions asked. Now COULD you make it fit on other canopies? Probably if you're handy and are up to the challenge of a little bit of fabrication. But hey the point of buying it all together is convenience! Let's not make it all harder than it has to be. Right out of the box this fan and canopy can be installed together in about an hour.
