Features

Direct drop-in fit — mounts to your existing EHS steel canopy frame and brackets with the same six screws. No modification, no drilling.

Lightweight HDPE construction — significantly lighter than steel, easier on your machine and easier to install.

Rust-proof for life — HDPE never corrodes, no matter the weather or washdowns.

Dent- and crease-resistant — flexes under branch strikes instead of folding like steel.

Quick swap — most installs take under 10 minutes with a basic screwdriver or driver.

Built to last — UV-stable HDPE made to hold up to sun, rain, and daily use.

Fitment

This panel is designed as a direct replacement top for EHS steel canopies. It uses the identical frame and bracket interface as the canopy you purchased from us, so it bolts on with no changes.

Not sure if it fits your setup? This panel is built for EHS canopy frames specifically. If you're running a canopy from another manufacturer, the mounting pattern may not line up — reach out before ordering and we'll help you confirm.

Description

Already own one of our steel canopies? This is the upgrade — and the fix — you've been asking for.

We built this panel because our own customers kept asking for it. Some of you wanted a lighter top without buying a whole new canopy. Others backed into a low branch, clipped a tree line, or had a top take a beating over a few seasons and just needed to replace the panel — not the entire setup.

This HDPE top bolts directly onto the exact same frame and mounting brackets as the EHS steel canopy you already own. There's nothing to modify. Remove the six screws securing your current top, lift it off, set the HDPE panel in its place, and reinstall the same screws. Most folks have it swapped in well under ten minutes with a basic driver.

Why HDPE over steel?

It's not that one is better than the other — they're different tools for different jobs. Steel is rigid and traditional. HDPE is lightweight, completely rust-proof, and flexes instead of denting when it meets a branch. If you spend time around tree lines, run gates, or just want less weight up top, HDPE earns its keep. And because it can't rust, it holds up to weather and washdowns season after season without corroding at the seams.

Two reasons people grab this panel:

  • The upgrade: Lighten your existing rig and gain dent resistance without repurchasing the whole canopy.
  • The replacement: Damaged your top? Swap just the panel for a fraction of a full canopy's cost and get back to work.

Ships fully protected and ready to install. No frame, no brackets, no fan included — just the panel, because that's the part you already need.

FAQ

Will this fit my canopy?
If your canopy frame came from us, yes — it's a direct drop-in using the same brackets and screws. If your frame is from another brand, the mounting points may not match; message us first and we'll help you check.

Do I need any new hardware?
No. You reuse the same six screws that hold your current top on. Remove them, swap the panel, reinstall.

How long does it take to install?
Most customers finish in under 10 minutes with a basic screwdriver or driver.

Is HDPE as strong as steel?
They're different. Steel is rigid; HDPE is lighter and flexes rather than denting on impact. Neither is "better" — it comes down to what you want from your canopy.
